About Lara
Before Lara built other people's strength, she had to find her own.

Lara's Journey
Lara grew up doing gymnastics, moving from the south of England to the north at the age of eight, and later studied Business Management & Marketing at the University of Leeds. Her love for the gym began in her second year of university, where she taught herself how to train, built her physique, and developed the mindset that would shape her in the years to come.
Lara's training became consistent from then on. She'll tell you plainly that she isn't the most confident person in every room she walks into, but the gym slowly became the place she felt most herself. This inspired her to complete her Level 3 Personal Training qualification in 2021. Since then, Lara has invested heavily in her own coaching education, including a significant mentorship early on, to make sure she could provide the very best quality of service to her clients.
Now, she coaches in person at TNT Elite in Lancaster, and online with women as far as China, the US, and Switzerland. More than a few of these women have become genuine friends along the way, not just names on a client list.

Spontaneous success
Two PCA bodybuilding shows in 2025, a fourth-place finish in her first, and an invitation to PCA Universe and British Finals. Lara doesn't coach clients towards a stage, and she'd be the first to say that a competition prep is extreme, but the experience taught her something invaluable: what it really feels like to be the person doing the hard, unglamorous, consistent work when nobody is watching.

Off the clock
Lara recharges in the Lake District; hiking clears her head and, in her words, gives her space to think about new ideas. She's close with her family, her friends, and her two cats, and she'll say yes to a warm-destination holiday without hesitation.
Ask the people who know her best, and you'll get the same list back: kind-hearted, funny, ambitious. A perfectionist yet easy-going at the same time. In sessions, conversation is never solely about reps and sets; she'll take the time to get to know you, because real coaching is about understanding the person, too.

"Coaching is about building a relationship that allows you to get the best out of that person. It's about helping individuals to not only achieve the results they want, but teaching them how to maintain them and stay in shape for life."
